A contemporary restaurant, built to fill tables on quiet nights too.
Ember House is a concept for a contemporary restaurant whose previous website could not take a reservation, describe a dish, or load in under six seconds. This concept shows what Alec'x Designs would build in its place: a fast, photography-led website paired with a reservation and floor-management dashboard for the front of house.
Diners could not tell what Ember House served, when it was open, or how to book a table without calling. Reservations were logged by hand, so double-bookings and no-shows went untracked until a guest was standing at the door.
A single-page-feel website built around the menu and the room itself, photographed rather than illustrated, with a booking flow that takes under thirty seconds to complete. Behind it, a floor-management dashboard gives staff a live view of table status, party size, and the night's reservation load.
