Alec Hessler
Co-Founder & CEO — Client Acquisition
Alec leads client acquisition at Alec'x Designs. He is the first person a prospective client speaks to, and the one responsible for turning that first conversation into a project with a clear shape and an honest scope.
His work is the part of the studio that happens before any code is written or any camera is set up: understanding how a business actually operates, working out what would genuinely help it, and saying plainly when Alec'x Designs is not the right fit.
He stays the point of contact for the length of an engagement, so clients are never handed off to someone who wasn't in the room for the original conversation.
Alexander Malinsky
Founder & CTO — Software & Broadcast Engineering
Alexander came to software through live television. Since 2023 he has worked at Brutal Güet AG as a graphics and platform developer and broadcast technician, building the systems live productions actually run on — real-time data integration, rendering, broadcast graphics control, and image recognition.
That work has put him on the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup and World Championships, the Coop FIS Cross-Country World Cup in Goms, the Ski World Cup in Crans-Montana, and RED Sport CH's ice hockey coverage, in roles ranging from developer and graphics operator to camera operator and director. Alongside it he directs and produces multimedia for EHC Visp Sport AG and works freelance across Swiss productions. Content he has produced or co-produced has passed 700,000 views, across more than 20 film and broadcast productions.
Live broadcast leaves no room for a second attempt. Software either holds under pressure or fails in front of an audience, and that standard is what he has built his engineering practice around.
He founded Alec'x Designs to bring that same standard to small and medium-sized businesses — websites, business software, and automation built to the level usually reserved for large enterprises. He works between Montreux and the Valais, in English, German, French, Czech, and Russian.
