Meridian Practice is a concept for a medical practice whose patients were calling during office hours to book routine appointments. This concept pairs a clear, accessible website with a patient booking and records dashboard for staff.
Patients could not book or manage appointments outside office hours, which meant every routine booking became a phone call the front desk had to handle manually, and patient records were kept in a separate system with no connection to the booking calendar.
